This is a fully automatic cable crimping machine that can handle different terminals on inner cores of varying lengths, including solar wires. It's capable of processing 3-core and 4-core power cords for stripping and terminal crimping, even if the wire lengths are inconsistent (with a difference of up to 200mm). Additionally, it can simultaneously crimp different terminals onto different core wires.
Applicable terminals:This machine is equipped with a Mitsubishi servo (with 3 motors) and ball screw drive, ensuring precise wire feeding, stripping, and terminal crimping. The movements are smooth and seamless. It's easy to operate via the touch screen for adjusting data such as stripping/cutting length, cutting depth, and crimping position. Plus, it can handle wires of varying sizes. * Applicable terminals: ground ring terminals, push-in 187/250 terminals, flag shape terminals (horizontal terminal can be customized).
